Continuous delivery publisher does not own a personal access token anymore?
In order to overcome this issue, you select one of the possible options below:
Become the default publisher yourself:

Go to the settings section and after reviewing the content, click the update button.
Contact publisher:
Go to publisher's AppDB profile by clicking on the default publisher link to view contact information

NOTE: If this issue is kept unresolved for a long time, it is possible that the continuous delivery backend will automatically pause the process, until manually resumed by the author.
