Continuous delivery publisher has no access token ?

In the configuration phase of continuous delivery the user that updated the settings became the default publisher of the virtual appliance versions that are published by continuous delivery process.

It is possible that the user has revoked (deleted) all of his/her personal access token. There are two ways to overcome this issue:

  • Contact the user who is set as the default publisher and ask him/her to create a new personal access token
  • Update the settings of continuous delivery from the AppDB web portal to become the new default publisher. Please, keep in mind that you must have permissions to manage virtual appliance and own yourself a personal access token in order to become a publisher.

NOTE: If this issue is kept unresolved for a long time, it is possible that the continuous delivery backend will automatically pause the process, until manually resumed by the author.
