Integration with the EGI Applications Database

Integration with the AppDB can be realized in any of the following ways:

• by using the AppDB web gadget, one could have a minimal read-only instance of the EGI AppDB service by embedding a single line of code into one’s site. More details about the web gadget may be found here.

• by using the AppDB REST API. This is intended for developers who want to write applications that interact (read/write) with the AppDB service over the web, using HTTP commands following the REST paradigm. For details, examples, and HOWTOs, please click here.

• by using the dedicated OAI-PMH interface, or the RO-Crate extensions of the REST API to exchange application metadata

• by using the Information System APIs to access information about the FedCloud infrastructure
